    Step 1: Backup your company file before creating a copy<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    1. Open QuickBooks.<\/li>\n
    2. Go to the\u00a0File <\/strong>tab, choose\u00a0Switch to<\/strong>\u00a0Single-user mode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n

        3. Now choose\u00a0Condense Data<\/strong>. Click\u00a0Yes <\/strong>on a notification message that says remove budget data.<\/li>\n
        4. The\u00a0Condense Data <\/strong>window opens, click\u00a0All Transactions<\/strong>\u00a0and click\u00a0Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n

          Step 4: Verify the accounts and manually remove the transactions<\/strong><\/h3>\n
